D7.4.2 - Dissemination, Collaboration and Communication Plan
The present initial dissemination plan focused on branding and awareness as the first step in dissemination activities of the project.
Usually the communication or dissemination strategy of EU-founded projects is somehow limited to create and maintain a simple list without structure of dissemination actions that were done during the project or that are planned for the future. However, our dissemination plan and communication plan shall be more ambitions. Therefore, we have will explain the strategy on how we plan to disseminate our project and the means we will use to do so.
Therefore, the Optimis dissemination plan has a strategic approach and we will consider the following four dimensions: objectives, audiences, tools and actions. The purpose of this document is to provide an initial Optimis dissemination strategy by highlighting targeted groups and communities, defining internal dissemination guidelines and procedures, supporting collaborative efforts and community building activities between Optimis and other related initiatives, projects, and organizations. Also, the idea is placing heavy emphasis on the particular importance of promoting industrial awareness and brand creation, and providing a list of potential dissemination venues, journals, press, and mass media sources relevant to the work done in Optimis.
The scope of this deliverable considers all aspects and initial steps in developing a successful dissemination strategy, collaboration and communication plan.
